The staff is very helpful and easy to work with. I loved my last massage. My masseuse asked a lot of excellent questions about my state of health before starting and worked those areas perfectly.

I had a facial and Kristin was extremely personable and made me feel comfortable. The only thing that I didn't like was that she asked me if I wanted the pumpkin facial. I said sure. Then as I was checking out I was charged $15. I wish I would have known that it was an upsell and I was going to be charged additional.

Maureen is awesome. I've had facials, microdermabrasion and most recently, waxing with her. She is very thorough and always on time and professional and friendly. She makes you feel very comfortable and is knowledgeable about products and the process of any service she is performing. Because of her, I have purchased the series for the photo rejuvenation and look forward to returning to Hand and Stone.

My experience was good but it's not relaxing when you have to decide about add ons and how much they cost or how to combine them into an extra package and it just feels stressful sometimes. Not specifically this visit I just mean in general. Also I had a lot of points and was eligible for free massage, etc which I didn't cash in yet, but now the points changed and I don't have enough.

My massage therapist is great, asks what I need and checks in with me throughout. However I really liked my prior therapist and I wouldn’t have switched to anyone else if she was still here. Honestly if I knew where she had moved on to, I would follow her. I booked months in advance to make sure I could get on her schedule and through no fault of their own, other massage therapists just don’t measure up to Jaimie.

I wanted to schedule a back to back massage & facial but there were no slots available. But the spa was no even busy when I was there.

I was taken on time. Made to feel extremely comfortable. Took their time to explain every step.
