As others were checking out, they were told of the special pre-black Friday option for gift cards. When I checked out, no info was given to me.

I thought problem skin areas would be addressed. She recommended products but did not give me anything written down. Also, she recommended an $150 treatment. She cleaned and moisturized my face which was relaxing but not what I had anticipated,

They were running late

I got a call the morning of my appt I got a call that I could reschedule for the next day, or have a different person do my facial. She just wasn’t as good as my regular, Bree.

Waited for almost 10 mins past appt time for therapist. Finally asked and found that receptionist forgot to check me in. Massage itself left my back feeling like it was ready to spasm in one spot.

Not sure of the benefit.

Enjoyed my message but it was a little painful. I would have liked to have more focus on my lower back which I had expressed.

Too many sales pitches. I didn't expect to bombarded with product and add on services for an additional fee.

I had booked the peppermint scalp massage add-on with my facial treatment, but due to time, the scalp massage was not done. The add-on was changed to a detox and I was not aware that it would mean I would not have time for the scalp massage too. But I was not charged for the scalp massage so I was not too upset.
