The waiting area was clean, but it didn't feel fresh, it felt stale and like I was in a doctor's waiting area.

Massage overall was amazing. Just the price for the membership is expensive

I felt a like I was not told what was happening with each step. I was not given any feedback about my skin or recommendations like I did the last time. I was worried I would be hot when I actually was cold toward the end. It was definitely different then when I went last year where I had an amazing experience. A little disappointed this theme.

The cryotherapy is slightly helping my targeted area, but not as much as I hoped. I probably need to increase my exercise and toning efforts and be more mindful of my food intake.

The employee asked me about upgrades, I stated I just want the the regular facial using a package and no additional costs. During check out they stated I had upgrades which I did not ask for, ended up using 2 packages and an extra fee. I believe the employee did not understand that I did not want upgrades and gave me the same service I previously had which was an upgrade.

This isn't specific to the location I visit in Royersford, but it's somewhat annoying that I have to call every month to get a copy of my membership receipt. I have to submit this to receipt to my workplace every month to get a health credit, and it would be easier if it was sent to me automatically every month.

I loved my facial but It was still very expensive. I would love to come again if they had promotions or something every once in awhile to make it a little more affordable.

My massage and massage therapist were great, I just wish there was an additional area for relaxation before/after the service. Most other spas I’ve been to have you change in a locker room and relax in a lounge with tea, coffee, wine, etc. before & after your appointment if desired.

still looking for the right therapist. I was seeing one for quote awhile but he left several months ago. this latest therapist gave a pretty decent massage but it seemed a bit brusque. also she waited to turn on heater after I was on table. so most of way they massage till it got warm (it was a very cold day and I tend to feel the cold). I think table heaters should be on all the time, especially in winter.
