The massage was not a full 60 minutes.

Appointment started late from therapist running behind but then still ended on time. If it’s a 50 Min massage then I should be massaged for a full 50 Mins. Besides that I absolutely loved my massage.

Was a nice massage. Nothing over the top but did a nice job in relaxing me and working out some of the knots. Maybe I need to try something new next time.

I had a great experience with Hand and Stone. My therapist was very nice and knowledgeable. I did experience soreness the next day, but I feel this was expected, however I am unsure as it was not mentioned in aftercare. I paid a first time visit price but feel that anything more expensive would be too much given the services provided.

Atmosphere could be better. Waiting area quite bright. Would be good to have a transition space for pre and post massage. Also feel that the oil/gel used is low quality. Causes skin reactions for me!

At times I like to relax when getting a massage. I felt like I needed to talk the whole time, which can be nice, but it doesn't help me to relax. I would like to try a deep tissue massage next.

I had a 50 minute massage scheduled. It was $119 without tip. I’m not a member. This price is outrageous. I only came bc I had a gift card. Plus, she was 8-10 minutes late for my appointment.

It's expensive. I just don't care that much about decor, it's fine, I was satisfied. Satisfied is good. To me highly satisfied is above and beyond.

The phone number given in the email to book appts was incorrect. A private residence phone number was listed. Took longer to book appt as a result.

I added on the dermalinfusion to my classic facial which is an extra $90. I have gotten this add-on with every facial and was able to see true results. It did not appear that every inch of my face was treated, the suction wasn't strong or consistently applied across my skin. In fact, there was barely any water in the jar after the treatment. In the past, the jar was at least 1/4 full and you could see the particles removed from my face. I just don't think the esthetician was entirely sure of how to use the machine.
