I would prefer if the spas had prenatal tables available versus just using pillows. Also if they had more therapists available to do prenatals massages.

This was my second facial at Hand and Stone in Royersford. The first facial was excellent. ( The person is no longer available.) I did like the second facial, she was very nice and caring, personable. She did a good job. It was not as wonderful as the first.

Very basic facial- intro cost should be standard. Felt like products were pushed therefore ruining a relaxing experience with talking

I never rate anyone at the highest level. I feel there is always room for improvement. no one is perfect!

First, the gift cards we had were not accepted. Second, we requested online that we wanted concerned people to wear mask. We wanted to have 2 people have facials done at the same time but there was only one aesthetician. But overall, we still had a wonderful experience. To make up for the inconvenience, the employee gave us a discount.

The therapist began talking immediately once the massage began. I’m more used to the therapist taking his/her lead from the client. While I participated in the conversation during the hour, I’d prefer it to be quieter

Was annoyed that the facial I booked wasn't in the system even though I booked it at the same time as my massage. Also, the pricing of the facial e.g., that you have to pay for a classic facial if you want any "additional service". Same with the massage, I was going to add a hand massage but when I pay for the addition, it doesn't add to my time, it takes away from the time that I'm paying for for the massage itself. I would rather go somewhere where I get what I pay for.

Even though I felt very satisfied with my service (facial) I experienced some trouble checking out and using a gift card. There had been a mix-up when I purchased the cards (they were never activated) and then some expired. It was a bit of a mess, but the receptionist and manager tried to help me sort it out.
