I never give the highest rating to anything/anybody. I feel there is always room to improve. It's just my way. I did not receive the usual friendly greeting but I realized it was a very busy time.

I think it’s good for the massage therapist to make sure they ask you about pressure and be cautious with over stretching. I have had therapists in the past that caused me pain from too much stretching but not this last person she was good (Wendy)

I tried to book an appointment but most of the days I wanted were not available. Fortunately after several tries, I did find a time that worked. I used a gift card and was satisfied with the ease of payment. My massage therapist was attentive and took good safety measures. It was a good massage, but not the best I have experienced.

I did not fully relax. The lighting in the room could have been dimmer to help or essential oils burning to help complete the relaxation.

I have been a loyal customer for a few years now (even during Covid), when the Royersford location first open. I was told that one price would never change at $49.99 - it has increased to $59.99 and now to $69.99. Though I enjoy the massages, I do feel misled about the pricing. In addition, it is extremely hard to get an appointment if you do not book at least a month in advance. If a therapist cancels for some reason (which happened to me 2 weeks ago), then it can be a month before I can get a new appointment.

Staff great Cost increase too much

The music was too loud. Very distracting. The table was not heated, and if so, I did not feel any warmth. Suggestion ..cover eyes with towel or warm cloth. Very distracting

Nothing is a 100%

The massage is NOT a full 50 minutes. By the time the therapist comes in until the end of the massage it is maybe 45 minutes.

I paid $20 for a foot scrub which lasted 5 minutes from beginning to end (both feet ) therapist went very fast . It was not worth $10 let alone $20. I realize now never to add anything else on because it didn’t give you more time , it takes away from the massage . I still was finished in 50 min with an additional treatment.
