I was extremely satisfied with the service. The gentleman on the phone making the appointment is not very friendly and not helpful.

Therapist was behind and I was still finished at the regular time, this not giving me the time that I paid for. Also, she did not ask about any need areas and just started massaging. She was excellent, however should ask about need areas, even though she was behind.

My appointment was for 1pm. I was not escorted into the massage room until 1:15 and was not informed that my therapist was a little behind schedule.

Things went well

Just was an off day it seemed.

This visit, the CBD oil was not as effective with my aches and pains as my previous CBD massages. I suspect that the CBD product was changed since my previous CBD massages. If that is the case, the extra cost is not worth it & I would not get another CBD massage.

I booked for 10 Am and my appointment was moved to 9 AM

I book a month out & can be very difficult to get therapist at a useful time. I am beginning to think I need to book appts out first the whole yr in order to secure a reasonable time. Frustrating

It is clearly stated that the one hour massage time includes time to change and get set up in the room. I was out of my massage room less than 50 minutes after I checked my watch while sitting in the reception room. The expectation was a 50 minute massage, like what I previously had. I believe I was shorted, maybe only a matter of minutes, but those were minutes that I was looking forward to

It was a very good massage and I rebooked with the same therapist, so I was satisfied. I would recommend that therapist to others
