appointment availability cost for services

I never give any survey the highest rating. Nothing is perfect and can usually be improved. I had no problem with anything/anyone at the spa.

I spent an extra 20 dollars for a service and I thought it wasn’t worth the money.

I felt pressured into high priced add-ons during facial. If I didn’t ask for it going in, I shouldn’t be asked during the facial, broke the relaxation a bit.

I was satisfied with my hand and stone experience. I just don’t have time to continue visiting. Everyone at the location is great.

Too expensive per massage otherwise I would rebook

The therapist was not very friendly. I felt rushed. She did not ask about problem areas, I told her after I was already laying down on the massage table. I have a unique name, She never asked how to pronounce it, instead she kept saying it incorrectly.

A little bit of a sterile environment

I feel the room needed some cosmetic work. The massage therapist seemed to rush while giving the massage. The table was set to high while I tried to climb on and off. No where really to put my clothing and purse.

I scheduled a service online, got to my appointment and was told it was canceled no call after an hour drive to the appointment. Was told they can’t do anything but reschedule me and a manager would get back to me and no one did. Showed up to my rescheduled visit and they said they don’t know what happened last time and there was nothing that could be done about it just don’t schedule online come in the store to set up appointments which isn’t always convenient. My local store in quakertown has very low availability so i have to drive farther to this store so showing up to make an appointment to be sure it’s actually scheduled is inconvenient.
