Hand and Stone

Everything was great, I just recently moved back to the area and left my Hand & Stone therapist of 3 years at the Langhorne store, so it's just the process of finding another therapist who I feel is the best 'fit' for me, so my plan is to try several different therapist for my next few visits.

Computers are slow so it takes a while to check out & reschedule next appointment.

Needs to be easier to allow folks to book their appoitments online instead of forcing users to only book using the front desk. MOVE INTO THE FUTURE!!!

My massage therapist used way too much pressure during my massage. I have fibromyalgia and asked for less pressure which she did for a while, but returned to full pressure most of the time. I actually have some bruising.

The therapist had good technique but her overall movements were fast, which took away from the relaxing end of it

It was not the best experience I've ever had at hand and stone. I think covid is still making people kind of guarded and no one can completely relax. In the reception area, a man came in without a mask and I felt everyone get pretty tense but it's not really anyone's fault because we can't MAKE him wear one. My massage was okay, not the best I've ever had, as some of the pressure was almost painful, but my therapist was very kind and the conversation was nice so I didn't complain.

Tyler was very nice. Just didn’t understand why she didn’t say “ Thank You” and the end of the service, or why she wouldn’t recommend me coming back to request her in the future. Also me massage was cut off 10 minutes early for me to get dress. It only took me about 2 minutes to get dressed.

Excellent staff, need more female therapists available. My recent visit was highly satisfying. Low scoring only due to the new price of membership for long term customers who were told their membership fee would never change.

Tips are too much. The massage cream smells weird.
