Hand and Stone

I have had 4 therapists and They are all nice. I would like more pressure on my massages. After some massages I leave in more pain than when I arrive.

My massage therapist did the same massage techniques over and over the entire time. My back was almost sore from her constantly rubbing the same spots over and over the whole time. I didn’t feel like she was focusing on knots or tightness to give me the best results... just seemed like she was putting lotion on me and going through the motions.

I was highly satisfied with everything except how the scheduling is done for my therapist. No matter what I do I am not able to get my desired appointment time, & there are no adequate suggestions on how I would be able to do so.

I'm used to deep tissue massages so the pressure wasn't what I'm used to. I enjoyed the hot stones very much

It was very cold in the room. I asked at least three times to raise the temperature. It would have been nice if they would have confirmed what I was getting done. Is there an option to leave notes on my file? I’d like deep pressure, low lights, and soft music.

The foot service was less than I expected for the price I paid. I was expecting a full foot massage but it was more like an exfoliation treatment.

I’m trying to use up my packages I was highly disappointed no one answered calls emails during Covid and after they opened. Billing was a mess had wrong card on file etc. Savior was not professional told me he did not have anyone I could call to express my frustration. Caityn was very professional and worked with me Savior told me new Mgmt will not call back or email me and he was the only person I could talk to.

The staff and massage therapist were professional and friendly. When I made my appointment on the phone, I asked about a hot stone massage. I was told I could tell them when I arrived for my appointment. The therapist took me back and I told her I wanted the hot stone massage. She told me the stones were not ready, so she turned it on/up to heat them. They were warm for the most part, and near the end, they were finally getting hot. Also, during my massage, I could hear that people were talking; not loud enough to hear what they were saying, but loud enough that I noticed it, and it went on for most of the time I was there.

I’ve had many massages in the past. The purpose always to relax. The noise outside the door, conversations and other, was not within the massage therapists control, but certainly an aspect that derailed the purpose.

When booking appointment, receptionist was not familiar with the gift card I was using.
