Overall I was highly satisfied with my massage therapist, and satisfied with everything else pertaining to my appointment and facility.

I was very happy with my overall experience. I didn't check off highly satisfied for every category, b/c I feel there are areas that could use improvement. The main reason I cancelled my membership was that I found it hard to book appointments, and I don't like be locked into paying $60 every month. I was surprised when the staff informed me last night that a 50 minute massage costs $100 if you are not a member!

After my appointment I tried checking out along with buying a few products from the display. The receptionist messed up my account. And then she couldn’t undo it from my account. While I waited the extra 25 minutes. I left without buying the products that I wanted.

Unfortunately in this time of Covid, masks are required and I knew that but I didn't realize I would have to wear when face down. Very very hard to relax, felt like I was suffocating. Most places and people only require masks when face up. Made for a difficult time for a massage and relaxation.

I am very sore today after having my massage yesterday. I was wincing a good bit from the pain during massage. It may been my fault for not speaking up enough. I am really sore today.

Pricing is a bit high for a Blue collared worker could not afford to come on a regular basis , plus you have to add in the tip. You need a program that targets people with a longer term that maybe you could reduce your pricing so more people could afford to come more often.

The only reason for not highly satisfied was that it wasn't long enough. My therapist did a good job and i was very relaxed.

Other spas that I have visited offer fragrance selections as part of the package. H&S charge extra. Other spas are true 1 hour sessions. I often feel sessions here are rushed and not even 50 minutes. The high turnover of staff is a concern. I would like to see photos of employees, and bios on the website. I want to see who I am booking an appointment with.
