I think my esthetician was very knowledgeable about her subject field which is fantastic, but so much so it made me feel like everything I did with my skin was wrong

I really needed a message so I made an appointment as soon as possible. Unfortunately there was only a male massage therapist available. I am more comfortable with a female.

I always think there is room for improvement. The receptionist that checked me in was very helpful and knowledgeable. The massage was ok, just wish it was more fluent.

I booked a facial wax and facial - one scheduled for 5:00 and the other for 5:45. I arrived to find my consultant had been overbooked - she only had an hour total. She corrected the situation by charging only for an express facial, but it was not the usual experience I would have if sufficient time had been allowed.

I’m claustrophobic and was very comfortable inside the room. Room temperature is always set specifically for my needs because of my high blood pressure and being warm all the time . I wish I could schedule my massage on different times but I’m completely OK with the times that I have received because my massage therapist is fully booked and well deserved!!!

To me, the relaxation received from a massage comes from the entire experience, not JUST the massage. The waiting room was bright (lots of windows) and noisy (others checking in/out and complaining). I prefer when there is an intermediate area for waiting after checking in where you can relax in a robe, use a hot tub/sauna, lounge chairs, etc. And I appreciate when a good cold detox water (with lemon/lime/cucumber/etc) is readily available. This was just a massage, that felt great, but not a fully relaxing experience.

I thought I was paying one price based on what was listed on website and paid a much higher price at checkout. It was not specified at anytime what the fees for services would be. Having to buy a membership to get the prices listed on website is misleading. Prices are extremely high.

The only problem that I had was that no one informed me of the special that was going on for the day only. If you were having a service, you could get a free hot/cold facial. i didn't see this until I got home and checked my email. No one told me of this special when I checked in.

I booked the appointment after receiving a text message advertising a free add-on that was only available that day. The receptionist initially told me there were no appointments available. When I asked why they would send me a text if no appointments were available, she looked again and found one. When I arrived, I had to hand my phone over so she and the rest of the reception staff could see what the add-on was. The massage therapist was also unfamiliar with how to administer the add-on which made me wonder if they had skipped some orientation/training they were supposed to provide to the therapists. Other experiences I've had at this location are being told I would see a specific therapist and then having them swapped out when I arrived for my appointment. I've also specifically scheduled a facial to be followed by a massage and had them swap the order without notice. Based on my overall experience with this location, it seems unorganized and so driven to get new memberships that they may not provide the best service to existing members.

Asked for my brows to be done. Never showed me them when she was done. When I did see them they were uneven and not really cleaned up good She did my chin and face area. Never asked her to do that. Checked out and was charged for both services
