Twice it’s happened since I became a member that I was told by reception that my appt was before my scheduled debit withdrawal & I had to pay for that day’s service. Would have appreciated knowing this at time of booking those appts not after the appt took place. All of my appts are made in person.

I added a foot thing and did not have my arms touched or hands. Was not expecting that.

I was more highly satisfied with my massage therapist, Wendy K. she was awesome! I wish I had her sooner, I probably wouldn’t have cancelled my membership. All other therapists I’ve had there were not great and I felt I was wasting money on the services. It was because I asked the receptionist who she uses that I became aware of her. I had already cancelled my membership before I had her and was just using up the rest of my pkgs. It’s unfortunate I hadn’t had her sooner. If I ever book again, it will only be with her.

the receptionist could have been more focused, cheerful and attentive. the expectation when entering is to be greeted and welcomed in order to feel more relaxed

My treatments and technician are fabulous, the reception staff on the whole are horrendous, that tarnishes the great experiences I have with my treatments.

This was my first time there. I didn’t know what to expect. It had nothing to do with reception or the therapist. I’ve had worse and better massages.

I have multiple ids in the system and each time it takes a while to check out. They keep saying they will take care of the multiple ids but each time it’s confusion at the desk.

I felt the cost was a little too high. I was asked several times to add on more services. I realty cannot think of anything else at the moment.

Love my therapist BUT receptionist team has been less than friendly in the past. This has made me question continuing at this location. May keep membership but go to different location due to the front desk lead.
