I've had two body massages in the past at the Oaks location and was not impressed. One masseuse kept me waiting and took me quite late for my appt. A previous time, a gal kept clearing her throat, non stop, throughout the entire massage. She was either ill or had allergies but it was not relaxing for either of us. So, I called another location hoping for a better experience. The receptionist was very friendly and Lily was excellent. Loved my experience.

Tina is a great person! I really like her. It’s just hard to get an appointment with her.

Every time I go to Hand and Stone, I know I'm treated with the upmost professionalism. The knowledge of my therapist really helps with treating the muscle pains I deal with. My comfort and level of my experience is always on the forefront.

Tim is the best manage therapist I have ever seen. I recently injured my rotator cuff and before I got my MRI he correctly predicted what he thought I may have done. He not only is a great masseuse but his knowledge level far exceeds anyone else I’ve ever seen. It’s very impressive and really makes me feel safe and comfortable that he understands the underlying issue and how to address it.

The Diamond glow facial was wonderful; though the price in addition to the monthly package seemed a bit excessive. My skin was left feeling very clean and smooth which lasted days after!

This is my third or fourth time at the Royersford location. I always select “any service provider” and I have been exceptionally happy with each service prover that I’ve been paired with. The front desk staff are above and beyond friendly and welcoming. Their customer service is among the best I’ve ever seen. This most recent visit with Thomas was incredible. I had so many knots in my back that Thomas worked diligently on. He took much care, time, and focus to ensuring that I was well treated. He seemed to know which spots on my body needed the most attention, without the need to vocalize it. He is truly talented. Not to mention friendly and comforting. He was my first male provider in years and I am happy with his service. I look forward to returning.

Tina is an amazing Esthetician! She always goes above and beyond to provide wonderful service. Her knowledge and expertise is very high level. Hand and Stone should be thrilled to have her as an employee.
