Hand and Stone

One of my areas of discomfort was my left shoulder, I do not feel that that area was addressed well. I received an enhancement which I thought added time to the massage which it did not. I had a coupon which was not applied to my service but did not realize it until I was already home and the salon was 30-40 minutes away from my home.

I wasn’t expecting anything from Hand and Stone other than to get a massage from a commercial massage therapy establishment. So, this first visit was more about me recovering from a race I just ran and to see what Hand and Stone has to offer. Can’t wait to get to one soon!

I had a good experience. I would not say it was a terrific experience. My experience started late, but ended on time. Seems a bit off to me.

Was not aware that prices went up. Normally do a couples masssage and pay the difference. Found out when paying it would be an additional $20 per person instead of &10 as it has been since we joined.

I had a gift card and it took me three years to use it. Not my thing.

I prefer Heidi and had a different therapist who did a good job, but it wasn't Heidi.

There were no issues at all with Angie who completed my waxing service. However, there needs to be a series package available for back waxing just like there are series packages available for other waxing services.

Mix up on type of facial. At previous facial nothing documented on what was used to help with dark circles. Confusion at check out with what I owed having a upgrade even though I provided a coupon.

Everyone was great. I was very satisfied. I will be going back again.

There have been a few occasions where there has been miscommunication with my appointment times. I had called and booked an appointment only to find out it was booked for the wrong time and day. In addition, I had an experience where another location had me with a booked appointment, but I did not make the appointment nor live anywhere close to the location. It was even in a different state.
