Hand and Stone

I was satisfied with my visit, massages just don't give me a "better" feeling. I feel the same now as I did yesterday. My wife is a member and I am very dissatisfied that your charging another $10 extra a month.

Mostly don't ever like the music - would prefer to choose - ocean sounds, light piano music, etc and nrarely get the 50 minutes of a massage

it was a spa party, not a regular treatment session. The party included 3 10-minute treatments. One that I chose was a peppermint scalp massage. What I received was not a scalp "massage" - it was a light rubbing of my head, what you would expect from a child if you asked them to rub your head. On the other hand, I was very satisfied with the compression massage, that was great and made up for the scalp massage

Too many people where accepted to the Span night. Not enough room in the waiting area to fit them. Services took way too long to complete. I was there about 1 hour longer than anticipated. Not enough staff to customers.

It would be nice to have a locker room or somewhere else to get dressed and cleaned up prior to exiting the massage. You walk right out back into the bright lobby after being in a dark calming area.

I am used to a soft wax as opposed to the hard wax which was used on me. Although it was more comfortable, I was incredibly sticky during the rest of the day until I could get a shower that night. Also, I noticed quite a few hairs left behind that I had to use a razor to get to and that was very uncomfortable and painful for me to remove.
