It was a very clean and relaxing environment. Judgement free. Very professional and efficient. I would go more often if it wasn't as expensive but I really enjoyed the much needed massage.

Estheticians are good at what they do. I enjoy pampering myself. Overall, think a monthly facial is good for my skin

I have been going to Hand and Stone consistently for over a year now for both facial and massage needs. Everyone I have had services with have been very professional.

I really like this location! I have only been coming here for a few months, but everyone is amazing. The common areas and rooms are always spotless! The only thing I’d like to see more of is the product. Things seem to be backordered often. Obviously not the staff’s fault, but I hope that things improve. Thanks!

I love the cleanliness and calming, relaxing atmosphere of the lobby/waiting area. Brie is an excellent aesthetician; she always provides the exact care my complex skin needs. She also is caring, friendly and professional. I look forward to my appointments with her!

The front desk is always kind and courteous, and very friendly when I walk in or when I need to call and ask questions. Jaime who is amazing and she has taken care of me probably for the last nine months or so. I won’t go to anyone else. I just love her personality and she has learned what I like and really utilizes her education and experience to help me enjoy my time there.

The receptionist, Lilly, Limerick/Royersford location, handled herself incredibly poised and knowledgeable, and above all kept-her-cool, when she had a client not only in front of her, but more so, a belligerent caller who was on their cell phone and kept being disconnected. The client in the store was extremely kind to Lilly, as we all were in the lobby, and you could hear the caller on the phone yelling at Lilly. Lilly is an exemplary employee. She works great under pressure.

The staff are great, the service and attention are wonderful.

I see Danielle G. regularly at this location for my facials and she is always a delight! Super friendly, easy to connect with and knowledgable and the staff is always great! Love coming to this location!
