I have always received excellent service at this Hand and Stone. At times there is difficulty getting appointments which leads to changing therapists. Very satisfied with my experiences.

Taylor (or Tyler) my female massage therapist was very attentive to my needs. She knew her job well and did a very good massage. Only thing is I was taken in more than 5 minutes after my appointment time which might have affected the total actual massage time since we talk of my needs, disrobing, getting started plays within the appointment time.

Clean environment, good service and on time

I enjoy this Hand and Stone and my experiences the past 6 years. Friendliness, quality, professional, and always clean. I feel safe and relaxed and often doze off during my facials with Alyssa. My only complaint is the difficulty securing evening services on short notice. I have to book at least a month in advance. Also, the turnover seems high. Just when i get to the point of feeling comfortable with a technician, they leave. And now that I’ve been in a consistent monthly basis with Alyssa, I find out she’s leaving. Disappointed this spa cannot do better job at retaining staff.

Everyone was so polite and always kept me informed on the steps they were doing. Always asked me if I had any questions and asked if I was ok with the pressure.

Carly was absolutely amazing. She listened to my needs and made sure I was relaxed in a comfortable and trusting environment.

I've visited the Royersford H&S location many times and used to be a member. The atmosphere is so calming and always well maintained. Every staff member I have met have been incredibly helpful and friendly.
