I am not happy that my membership was raised from $49.99 to $59.99 and less than a year later it was raised to $69.99. I’ve been a loyal customer but you just lost me. As soon as I use the services I have paid for I will not be returning

I've been a Hand and Stone member for several years. The place is immaculate and the receptionists are friendly and efficient. My massage therapist is knowledgeable and I always fell immensely better after a session.

Hands down, Carly is amazing. Hand and Stone needs to figure out how to keep her. She is the reason I am coming back, if she leaves...not so sure, since it's been raised $10, and I've tried a few other therapists, and none compare to Carly.

Tina is the best facialist this location has ever had.
