Staff was very welcoming upon my arrival. The therapist made me feel very comfortable and explained the entire process to me prior to us starting. And at the end of the experience I did not feel insanely pressured to sign up for a membership. They explained the perks to me and allowed me to explain I would consider it and didn’t press it further.

The receptionists were very friendly and made me feel cared about. The gentleman who checked me out was very helpful and accommodating to my needs. My therapist was also very thorough.

I have been coming to this location for the past four years and I am extremely satisfied with the manner in which covid protocols were implemented. I enjoy coming in monthly without the need to worry about my safety. I was nervous to return after the mandated closure and I feel safe during my visits. My masseuse is awesome and works hard to ensure that my deep pressure and relaxation needs are met!

My esthetician was very knowledgeable. I was able to book an appointment the same day. Receptionist I spoke to in the morning greatly helped me navigate my account.

The therapist did a great job in relieving my stress. He took his time and worked out all of my aches and pains. He really knows what he is doing and highly recommend him

I have been a Hand and Stone member sine it opened; only once (4 years ago) was I treated disrespectfully, and she no longer works there. I have had several amazing therapists, but Michael Quill is at the top of the spectrum.

My therapist is amazing and knowledgeable and very thorough, he always makes sure that I am completely comfortable with pressure, temperature, and health needs for my massage. Hand and Stone is always very very clean. Terrific staff. Love going!

Brie always provides an excellent facial and is able to address my rosacea appropriately. My facial skin always calms down after a visit with Brie. I will definitely return to her for future facials.
