Bathrooms are super clean. Reception is always professional and helpful. Super knowledgeable with the computer system. I have extended my 60 minutes to 80 minutes now. Just dreamy. Love my membership. Best money ever spent. Tim in Royersford rocks. I've been with him over 2 years.

I’ve been a member of hand and stone for a few years now. It keeps getting better. I love the therapists I rotate between especially: Carly, Jamie, and Judy. I’ve started using some rewards or extra packages on facials which are wonderful. I only wish I had the extra money to use more services. Maybe someday!

My massage therapist Carol was wonderful and gave an excellent massage. My Estetician Shanna answered my questions, explained my options and told me about a great service upgrade.

Everyone I have met at this location is very welcoming and friendly. I usually book with the same esthetician as I’m very satisfied with her knowledge and skill level.
