The receptionist was personable and very welcoming. I did not have to wait long to see the esthetician. The esthetician was amazing and helped me with problem areas on my face along with provide me options on products and services.

Chuck was extremely knowledgeable about the medical issues I have. He did exactly what I needed to have done and I left feeling great. Told my husband its the best massage I ever had.

They are always pleasant. Tim G is great and always listens to your needs and accommodates. Only recommendation would be to get better music or at least have a choice like birds/waterfalls/ocean or rain.

Jojo was very friendly and made my visit very enjoyable. Everyone is always very nice and accommodating.

When I tried to make the appointment, there was no availability. The receptionist called me back right away because there was a cancelation. I was happy with the check in and very pleased with the massage. The only complaint is checking out. I was nice and relaxed from my massage when I was asked about being a member and promotional offers. I have enough stress and things to worry about in my regular life do I have to think so soon after my massage?

All the staff was extremely pleasant so I enjoyed that. The quality of the facial was awesome, super relaxing. The ambiance in the room was great. I really enjoyed the heated tables and dimmed lights.

Michael (massage therapist) was fantastic. He was professional, knew exactly what he was doing, and continually asked if the pressure was ok. The front desk staff was also very professional, courteous, and knowledgable.
