Everyone is very friendly ! Second time I had Sophia for a facial and she does a amazing job!I will be requesting her for a my facials.

JoJo was both profession and friendly. She made sure I was comfortable and informed about each step of the facial. The added hand & arm massage and all the warm towels made it an especially relaxing facial experience. I will happily recommend Hand & Stone & JoJo's facials to my friends.

The only thing I was not highly satisfied with was I told the therapist I wanted to concentrate on the my back of the neck area and also in between shoulder blades and she told me when she flips me over she will work on that, I feel there was not a lot of time spent on the area I requested. Other than that she was very good.

We are moving this summer and the receptionist checked for me and the closest H & S is 35+ miles away from our new home. 🙁

I find the folks at my hand and stone to be respectful and professional and always friendly and polite. I really enjoy my massages with Timothy who understands that there needs to be a balance between being personable and letting me RELAX :)

Carly was wonderful!! I felt relaxed and had a fabulous massage. My only complaint has nothing to do with her it was the outside noise you could hear (people talking, doors opening and closing). Everyone here is great!!

I’m a care giver and it’s very stressful. I was experiencing stress and pain over my shoulders and side and after my massage I felt great and relaxed. I was given instructions on what to do after, like hydrate and use a tennis ball to relieve aches on shoulder blades. Helpful. Look forward to going again!
