Jay was very upbeat. He was respectful and knowledgeable during the massage. I felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. He did a great job.

the staff was friendly & courteous. the waiting room & treatment room was spotless & the technician was very knowledgeable.

The facility was very clean and I felt comfortable that measures were taken to prevent covid. My massage therapist asked me if I had specific areas that I wanted to focus on and any areas that I didn't want included and he kept to that. The massage was very relaxing and just the right amount of pressure.

Jordan greeted me with a warm smile and a sweet disposition. She was highly attentive and accommodating, so I booked 2 more appointments while with her. Tracy was just as warm, sweet and attentive while performing my facial. Exemplary service is why I will highly recommend to all!

My husband and I have been members at this Hand and Stone location for over 4 years. Since that time it has changed ownership and many employees but consistently the service has been exceptional. Everyone is friendly - the entire building is clean/spotless and the massages wonderful!!

My massage therapist was very kind and even remembered me from a previous visit. He made sure to avoid my left knee (I recently had surgery, which he also remembered).

Therapist was very friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. Asked me if I was in pain and where was my pain so she can concentrate more in the affected area etc. The lighting in the room was perfect and the aroma therapy was just right. Have NO complaints. It was a really overall Great experience for being my first time. Very satisfied.
