Hand and Stone

Due to the pandemic, I had to use my home supply of my cleanser and was eagerly awaiting the reopening of Hand and Stone. At the reopening, I expected to replenish my products but they were out of stock (I was very disappointed). As a result, I had to switch to another product, to which I had no choice.

The facials deliver on their promise to improve my skin. My esthetician recommendations are always great. The environment is spotless and upscale.

Making the appointment was easy. I felt that Hand and Stone took every precaution to make my visit clean.

Jasmine made it a very relaxing session which was very much needed. She also has very good communication skills. She was diligent in keeping the area clean and safe before starting. She was efficient in time management.

Customer service was great as well as service. Friendly and very welcoming. Highly recommended to friends of family. Can’t wait until my next appointment

Andrea was an amazing massage therapist. She found all of my trouble areas and addressed them amazingly. She spent the perfect amount of time on each problem area. The receptionist who booked my appointment was very patient and courteous. The receptionist who greeted me was very nice and very good with reviewing product add ons and services. Both receptionists over the phone and in person with good with figuring out how to use add ons to accommodate my packages.

Jasmine was very gentle yet thorough with my facial. My skin felt soft and I felt that my face looked brighter.

Angel was helpful addressing areas she felt were in need of attention. I tried reflexology fir the first time and himlayan salt. I will definitely seek her services again.
