Rowena is amazing and always consistent with her effort. I do wish I would be informed when prices increase as I have never received prior notice from Hand & Stone when this happens. The oil fragrance at the Thornhill location is wonderful and I do wish you had it at your location. I am sooo pleased with the service I do receive.
