The gentleman at reception was polite and friendly. The therapist was also polite and friendly, and competent. Everything was done to ensure a satisfactory experience for my visit.

I was nervous puttiing off the Valentines Gift my hubby got for me to attend this Hand & Stone Spa as I am not "girly" but I didnt want to waste the money he put into purchasing it.. I am sooo glad I finally went.. Felt like a pampered Queen..

Great massage. Firm but soothing at same time. Relaxing music in background. Did hear chatter from nearby break room. Top notch service by entire staff.

I had never had a facial done before, so the experience was wonderful, and the lady who took care of me loves what she does, and it shows.

Our RMTs were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Receptionist was very kind and provided efficient service. Spa was clean with good ambience.

From the moment you walk into H&S you are greeted by friendly people who want to help you. They are very knowledgable, professional and welcoming. Definitely going back!

I have always received a warm welcome by my therapist, thorough questioning regarding my needs and targeted therapeutic massage in areas of concern.

The appointment was easy to book, with option of dates/times. I was given a good rate that made the visit reasonable. The therapist was excellent and did a good job of focusing on a trouble area and finding other sore spots.
