The experience was what I expected, although I had some pain afterwards. I would also have wanted more information about the stones that were going to be used, as they were a bit too hot for my liking.

Availability of times was low. It's hard to book online. The music is loud and obnoxious. We should have choice of music, or other sounds (e.g. waves, forest, etc.)

Well it is not this location's fault but the receptionist was trying to get a hold of the Markham location to get my membership back and they weren't picking up the phone.
