Greeted right away when entered salon. Esthetician was kind and highly knowledgeable. Took the time to understand my skin needs and selected the appropriate products to target skin concerns.

It was a good visit but I was sore so the massage wasn't able to be relaxing

It was ok for a neighborhood spa. Clean but just not as nice as a downtown spa or hotel spa

I was satisfied but got billed for 5 months while out of country

need more oil or cream for the massage

It would be beneficial to have a couple more talented female RMTs available - really only Holly and Navdeet available which makes appointments challenging

I enjoyed my experience but was asked if I wanted to continue on my treatment for 10 mins. I didn’t realize I’d have to pay for the ad-on. I thought it was because we started late and we’re past the time. So I was disappointed that a cost wasn’t mentioned

Mike was great! i would like to have him again next visit.

I do like to let you know Mike was no exactly professional, he didn’t stop talking about soccer it was to much, make me feel uncomfortable I can see he has lots of knowledge about massage but he needs to make clients relax not pressure to follow his conversation sorry but I didn’t like the hall experience
