it was all fine. I only booke3d for 50 minutes and we ran out of time so I did not get back and shoulders done . next time I will add the 10 minutes.

I was satisfied with the service. There is nothing extraordinary about the service. It was exactly what I expected and needed.

Amazing massage therapist and great session. The music was odd at times and I didn’t like it. The rooms are pretty bare bones so it doesn’t give you a spa appointment type feel. I enjoy tea or water before/after my massage. Lavender or mint essential oil would have also been a nice touch. These are things maybe men wouldn’t notice/appreciate but that add a nice touch.

It was fine but nothing special. The rooms aren’t particularly nice. Reception area is small and fine.

I would prefer less time under the steam, and more facial massage.. that’s the reason I came... because of the steam every procedure was very short..

I didn't give highly satisfied because the service was good but nothing to stand out from other massage places.

Christine was lovely and accommodated my request to wear a mask. The facial was gentle, good products used.

Massage therapist was a bit late for appointment, so it didn’t start exactly on time.

Hot Towels we’re not used enough

I just did not feel it met my expectations. My body pretty much felt the same after. The massage rooms needed to be vacuumed.
