I was very satisfied. My massage therapist fast fantastic!

I booked my appointment online. The receptionist called me back to say I MUST give her a valid credit card. I explained I already have about $500 in credit there as monthly payments were taken from my card and were not used due to Covid. She continued to argue and I asked to be refunded the credit. She informed me I had to call back and speak to the Manager (all this while I was at work). She then hung up on me. He was very nice, apologized and made my experience with the rude woman a little better. Big thanks to him for great customer service!

An happy with overall service. Except for the availability of appointments. I always need to book in lot of days ahead if I want service on weekends

It was my first visit and I was focus on getting my massage. There was nothing over the top that caught eye. Based on the Google review I accepted good service.

I would like the massage to be 1 hr 50 min doesn’t allow for a full massage eg legs Time spent longer in one area of concern vs distributing time to other area of concern Lowers body legs feet very little time.

My only concern was pressure being too much during the massage especially over the neck area.Otherwise everything was professional.

For the winter months, it might be an idea to have an area for removing boots, coats, etc. and have slippers available. It seems wrong to walk into the treatment room with boots on. I was there in the evening and the lemon water was very bitter - perhaps an option of plain water could be included. Otherwise, extremely pleased.

I genuinely wasn’t impressed with the friendliness of the male receptionist and the atmosphere wasn’t calming as I had expected. Also, the price is astronomical for a massage. As this was my first one I got a bit of a discount but there is no way I will be going back to this location. To be honest it has turned me off of the establishment in its entirety.

My experience was ok because she gave me the focused where I needed but not as what was I expected coz as long time therapist that I know her since we worked together before so I was expecting more power on the PRESSURE which I did emphasized to my therapist coz as therapist myself I wanted the deepest pressure that she could give me but I'm too shy to asked for more pressure.
