Don’t love that it is 50 minutes

The massage therapist was nice but talked a lot and they seemed to only do the same motions unlike in past massages with other companies there was more of a technique applied.

I wasn’t booked with my two usual massage therapist. Although it is party my fault for not double checking, they should have your massage therapist name on your file and would inform you if they book you with someone else. Nonetheless, it was still a good experience.

Good experience but not as good as others I have had, but would go back!

Massage was good but shorter than the 50 minutes scheduled. The RMT had good pressure and skill but sometimes would forget to do the same thing on both sides of the body (ie. do left and not right)

I went in for a pre-natal massage and confirmed twice with the receptionist that the masseuse was knowledgeable in pre-natal and was registered. When I went into the room I let her know that I was 40 weeks pregnant and she did not ask me any questions or share any info on whether the massage will help induce labour or if I didn't want it to induce which areas to avoid. All she asked about was pressure. Had I not wanted to go into labour she should have avoided certain pressure points but she did not.

too expensive

Quincey, was pleasant. However, I did ask her to spend more time on my feet. She also only did one side of my body. I lay on my stomach and she did my back. She didn’t ask me to turn over and do the front of my body. Especially the tops of my feet which was of concern and a source of discomfort!!

I think that your prices are objectively expensive. $124 for 50 minutes is not competitive. $124 for 60 minutes sends a profoundly different message. There are other RMT establishments that charge $85-$95 for the same ambience and the same cost, for 60 minutes. I first came to H&S because your quality and prices were solid, fair and competitive. You have now given me a reason to quite easily consider somewhere else in the neighborhood. If it were not for the specific RMT (Susan) at your Avenue location, my family would consider your pricing uncompetitive.

Service was quick as I was running behind I appreciated the receptionist hurrying through so I could get maximum Benefit from service. Been to that location pre pandemic always clean and great service given.
