50 minutes is not enough...i need more time for my $125

1. difficult to get an appt with the lady I prefer 2. massage price is too high for too little time 3. for the price, the massage room is mediocre

The music was obnoxious, and there were no other choices. Also, the washrooms at this location were at the bottom of a very large staircase, which was inconvenient. Finally, I generally prefer a male masseuse, but there were only female masseuses available for the couples massage times that day (or week?)

Everyone was very pleasant. Nothing was extraordinary in service to allow for such a high review.

I requested whole body massage and underlined problem areas but she spent more time in my legs and feet instead

I was highly satisfied with my experience. The massage therapist was great and very nice. I was hoping there would be more availability when scheduling an appointment but I understand that it can be a busy time of year. Overall I had a great experience. Thank you!

I am a fan of another therapist who I was not able to see this time. Michael is a good therapist but Natalia seems to know exactly what I need and is just that little bit better for my aches and pains
