Cost too expensive. Would be better to also have registered chiro and physiotherapists when can issue receipts. More promotions to encourage new services such as hot stone massage

I’ve been to other locations and always had a full body massage including front and back This instance however the whole massage was back only and then time ran out? I’m not sure why that was the case and I assumed it’s normal for a full body massage to include front and back. My arms and hands were never touched neither the front of my legs. A huge portion of time was spent on just the neck and back which wasn’t so necessary and pressure applied was not hard when I had asked for a Deep Tissue massage. Will be returning to the location but not to the same masseur.

My Massage therapist was good at his job and very reassuring and helpful, however, I did not want to talk as I'd had a very stressful week. but I did not specify this to the receptionist. Perhaps, Hand & Stone should add this to the list of questions their receptionist asks clients, so they can meet their level of engagement expectation.

While waiting for my appointment, there seemed to be some miss communication with another appointment where another customer was not ontime for her visit. The practitioner and receptionist talked openly on how this was an issue with my patiently waiting in the lobby. Although this did not directly effect me, I’m not sure if it was an appropriate conversation to have with me in the room.

I was a little nervous to begin with... to be inside getting a treatment. When I entered the office, one employee had her mask on beneath her nose and the others mask kept slipping down. It didn't make me feel as safe as I would have liked...although we were distanced by means of the counter.

My massage therapist was great but i noticed that i was cut short of 4 mins. I like to get the full entire 60 mins that i pay for and the rate is not cheap.

I would have liked to see the massage therapist after getting dressed and coming out of the room. I think it would have been nice of her to ask me if I had any questions.
