I specified certain areas that needed attention. One was addressed. The second was attempted. Once it was uncomfortable, the therapist choose to not touch the area as opposed to finding out how to make it more comfortable.

To me highly satisfied means going above and beyond my expectations. My experience met my expectations and would happily return again. In previous experiences, upon finishing the massage, the therapist offers a glass of water instead of just telling me to drink more water. Yes there was the option of me grabbing water before I left, but would be an additional feature to be offered it afterwards

I felt the space was a bit basic. Nothing was really luxurious except the actual massage. It felt very “budget” style.

I have many massages, it was fine. Nothing extra ordinary. I was not upset or unsatisfied at all. The RMT was very pleasant.

I think it is just a matter of the massage therapist not knowing me yet. She was good but not great. I went in with a tension headache and left with one as well.

Previous visit, there was a young receptionist who messed-up my account, but didn't inform me ... on my next visit (Oct. 31), I had $27.00 less in my account, so the acting Receptionist, Patricia had to spend some time trying to fix my account, so it would balance-out. Patricia was able to fix the mistake that the other young receptionist had created on October 10th.
