Hand and Stone

This was my first visit to this spa. The biggest complaint I have is that you could hear the chime from the main door throughout the entire experience. It was very distracting and unprofessional. I mentioned it when I checked out and the receptionist told me that it was an ongoing issue that they could do nothing about. I find it hard to believe that you cannot turn the chime off.

The room needs a little touch to give a spa feeling

Pressure was good for some areas but too much for others. Preferred the massage I recieved at hand and stone eith a previous therapist. Though i came in with a specific issue i still wanted a whole body massage and i didnt get that

I felt that the music could have been more spa-like/relaxing. I could also hear conversations/laughter in neighbouring rooms during my massage, which took away from the ambience/relaxing atmosphere.

I called the day of to get in for a massage. They booked me and then called back to make the appointment even earlier to accommodate me.

I would have liked to ask a question or two about my condition with the therapist after the service but did not get the chance

Highly satisfied with facial, not satisfied with massage

I found the room cold. I asked if i could have the bed warmed, and was not understood. I was uncomfortable because I was cold. When you are uncomfortable you do not enjoy the experience.

I was disappointed that the appointment was only 50 minutes. I thought that it was just for the introductory rate but I was told all massages are only 50 minutes. I would prefer a 60 minute massage especially for the regular price of approx. $100
