I wasn’t completely satisfied as my massage wasn’t quite 50 minutes, I was changed and he started by 6:05 and my massage ended at 6:50, so I only got a 45 minute massage.

The receptionist and the masseuse were both very friendly but had very thick accents. It made it difficult to understand them when I was booking the massage. It also made it difficult to understand what the masseuse was saying during the massage. I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder and I couldn't understand the explanation of what he was finding nor the exercises he was recommending.

Hand and Stone provides affordable massage services at a decent price. My massage therapist was amazing, and was able to tackle my concerns effectively, I would be seeing him again for sure. However, the receptionist who was suppose to greet me called me by the wrong name, did offer me anything. And she sounded rude answering the phone and talking to customers. Not the the best experience but I like the massage therapist!

I regularly visit clinics for massage so I am use places that are spotless. I found the towels, ropes etc, old and the carpet needs a deep cleaning. On the other hand, I am sure the esthetician cleansed her hands prior to performing my facial but her hands still had an onions smell that is not a pleasant scent at all.

We enjoyed our visit.

Felt as though my aesthetician was not experienced enough. Did not do enough extractions - I had to do more myself afterward at home. Did not feel catered toward my skin after she looked at it.

I was highly satisfied!!! I humbly suggest however a computer booking system to make it easier for all concerned

I was having an active back spasm so the amount of deep pressure that could be applied was limited. But I do not see this as an issue caused by the therapist

I should have book a longer appointment for my session. It was not enough time to really target my areas of need

Massage therapist was great and knowledgeable. Easy to book. Clean place and friendly staff. I will be back there again for sure.
