Post massage the receptionist was overwhelmed w customers needs she was not equipped to service properly

Wasn’t able to help with my pain, have to keep switching massage therapists because lack of availability for thre same person. Had a terrible massage with Hong who gave me the most painful back massage/worst experience. Holly gave a relaxing massage but couldn’t help with my knee/joint pain.

When she was doing extractions she pinched really really hard. I would have liked to know the products that she used . I would have liked more tips on how to take care of my skin

I had a hard time understanding my therapist. I was not a huge fan of his style of massage.

The owner is very intense overwhelming and made me feel uncomfortable because he rushed me and didn’t seem to listen to my words when I was booking an appointment on the phone. He didn’t know the answer to some questions I asked regarding the service including questions on the one of the consent form I had to fill out. He actually didn’t communicate with the receptionist about my condition and she was not able to prepare the consent form for me. I came in 30min earlier than my appointment time but didn’t get to start the massage session on time. The receptionist on duty and the RMTs were nice and made my experience at that location pleasant. However, if I know that I would encounter with the owner or have to talk to him, I wouldn’t go back to the same location.

I was very satisfied by my massage treatment. I do not have insurance coverage for massage therapy so that is the only reason I do not plan on returning in the next 90 days.

No one was at reception when I arrived and then I waiting like 10-15mins until receptionist showed up from the back. Massage was perfect at the time very replacing pressure felt ok but afterwards left feeling more soar than when I went in
