There is always room for improvement. But I especially felt that my purpose for going for a massage was not addressed, and I felt my area of concern was not focused on. If I had requested just a relaxing massage, it would have been perfect...however, I advised I had muscle tension and discussed the specific areas.

My therapist couldn’t been a little less intense and social however the overall experience was pleasant

The massage was fantastic, very personable. deeply physically soothing. However it was scheduled back-to-back with the facial (at hand and stone's discretion) so immediately and instead I even had the robe tied the lights were on and I was being whisked out of the warm room in a very hurried and jarring manner. Into a room onto a table, with linens absolutely freezing. I complained vehemently.The facial itself was a positive experience except for (1) the painfulness of having blackheads extracted by her pinching and squeezing instead of using instruments. My nose and cheeks still have a bruised feeling today. (2) She insisted on chatting, which at times was enjoyable BUT was focused on her and she tended to go down some dark paths with a racial edge. I was very uncomfortable when she gossiped about the rmt with whom I'd just had an amazing experience. In particular I was told very negative personal details about Sarah's marriage and husband whom Patricia expressly said she dislikes as he is abusive. There were some fun moments in the conversation but always this return to negative stuff that quite frankly I wasn't there for, and once on the table one feels rather vulnerable.

Highly satisfied is a very high target. Overall everything was good but thought the facials were overpriced compared to facials I have received in the past.

My skin felt baby soft right after the appointment but subsequently the next day is so dry on my forehead. My skin is peeling. Also, the reason I booked this appointment in the first place was because I received an email offering ANY facial for $79.95. Because of this I added on an extra foot massage because why not. Come to find out only the signature facial was that price. Even though the the email doesn’t say that. So I ended paying $55 more than I wanted to. I brought this up at the time of paying and was brushed off. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Not sure if i’ll come back.

When we first arrived, the front desk staff was very polite and helpful. The massage staff then came out and they were discussing if the other therapist (we were doing a couples massage) was there yet and if they should take us down to the room yet. It seems a bit disorganized and unprofessional as we could hear their entire conversation. It was just not a relaxing experience. I am also unsure if it was my linens that were damp or just that the couples room was in the basement and therefore it was damp in the room but getting into a bed that feels wet is not relaxing. We could also hear the dinging when the front door opened. Again, not a relaxing experience. The RMT's only remembered to dim the light halfway through the massage. The massages themselves were great. It was more about the experience as a whole and ambiance.

I found my experience very satisfing.i was welcomed right away and my massage therapist took the time to ask me me concerns so see can do the best job.The receptionist was very friendly and offered other services available.The spa was very clean.
