Hand and Stone

I was quite satisfied with Hand and Stone, however, I very seldom check off "highly satisfied" as things weren't perfect, but I have no serious complaints. I hope that is sufficient for you.

My apt confirmed via email for 3pm had not been recorded so when I arrived they had no record of my booking. I had to come back at another time. This should not happen as I had planned my day around that appointment. I hope that I may receive some additional complimenTary services in exchange for my inconvenience. The massage with Helena was wonderful.

No reason

Knowledgeable friendly and efficient! Services are completed with care and good timing. The people that serve me are friendly and go out of their way to help me out!

I like hand and stone. It’s my go-to place for massages. The location and staff are good. Only thing I don’t like is the ‘ding’ when the front door opens. I hear it while getting my massage.

Waiting room was small & busy, it felt crowded & unrelaxing. No Parking in lot, no signs to let gusts know, parking was explained to every patron, causing confusion & people to have to go back outside to re-park the car. The door entrance bell could be heard the every few seconds for my Entire massage, it was very distracting. I was not given a choice of oil scents & did not care for the smell of the one used on me.

The checkout process was inefficient. Took 15-20 minutes to take a payment, and set up membership. Receptionist was also not knowledgeable about the techniques each therapist specialized in when asked about different therapists.

Too short Should be 60 min

Dissatisfied that the prices went up by $10 for members. Also would be good if the rooms had a nice scent in it (eucalyptus) same if the oils had a nice scent.

It just wants very good this time. It’s been three times w this therapist that I haven’t really liked the experience. I will try a new therapist.
