Hand and Stone

The esthetician Patricia was really nice and careful. She was welcoming and professional, she explained everything with a lot of paciente and have really light hands. I would go back to do it again with her.

In all surveys from Hand and Stone I state that I experience it as insulting to be asked by the receptionist if I want to leave a tip. There are tipping envelopes at reception and in every massage room. I always leave a tip because I am satisfied with the massage therapist, if I was not satisfied I might choose to not leave a tip. This is the only service experience I have ever had where this question is asked. I find the reception service generally unprofessional.

Expensive no value

I had prenatal massage and would have preferred the special table or pillow with the hole for the belly so that I could lie on my belly during massage.

I would enjoy a massage with long strokes and deep pressure. I did say that before we started. The oil could be unscented or very faint not sweet. The room i could hear someone talking part of the time and would have preferred quiet. Music was not my taste.

I booked a Hot Stone Massage yet only received a regular massage. I regularly see an RMT so it was a waste of money for me as I really wanted to try Hand & Stone only for the Hot Stone Massage.

Message therapist was amazing but my pains still consisted. Clinic is nice but not pretty, has an on the go feeling. Would return soon.

My facial was lovely and she even included a hot towel and quick stress relief on my back. Felt great.

I am fairly satisfied with the service rendered. The therapist was kind and responsive to my requests. The facility was clean and quiet.

There was no eye covering when I lay on my back. There wS no heating pad on the bed.
