The receptionist on the phone during booking said 'Oh, you're not a member, are you aware it's more expensive?'. That could have been phrased more politely.

I got a hot stone massage and overall it was good, but I when I had one in the past at another place, they took one stone and used it to massage me the whole time. At this massage, they held several stones and basically just moved them up and down my body. I did not feel like they were actually used in the massage process. The actual massage I got was a bit aggressive, but I do feel better and less sore now.

There were issues with the music system as it kept stopping and starting during the massage. This was highly distracting. My boyfriend and I brought it to the receptionist attention after and they apologized and said they would look into it. I think we should have been compensated. Also, the receptionist had let us book 60 minute massages instead of 50 on the phone and only told us we weren't allowed add on' s when we got there.

I think of this place more like a clinic not a spa experience. A spa would serve tea or bring water to you. There would be more facilities, a mirror in the room. The quality of oils did not seem great....more like a lotion. This is definitely a clinic, hence no tip should be required.

The receptionist was lovely it was the lady who did the facial who took over at reception who needs training. Her name is Patricia she was not able to solve my problem calmly she panicked and did not listen when I asked to sign me up for a membership. In addition she tried to upsell me on products during my facial which I would have agreed two pursue had she been able to explain them to me. She pointed to the product but was not able to explain the benefits of me upgrading. Her customer service skills need Improvement she should not be at the front desk.

massage was good, but I would not say it was outstanding. I was happy with massage but I have had others that were even better.
