Did not feel good about the overall ambience. Towels were old and gray. Made it felt the overall place was not clean. Fresh new towels and linens would have made a big difference. Also, the smell in the room was not overly pleasant .

The massage therapist was very shy. She was good and addressed the problem areas but seemed to rush over areas and the strokes seemed rushed a little, rather than deep and soothing.

Last massage was with Billy it was excellent. I had a lot of back pain and that is why I booked the massage. It was a great deal of money which I don't mind paying if it helps but this massage therapist was not deep enough and it wasn't as good an experience as usual so I left there still feeling like I needed a deep massage.

I am a member and have visited several time but each time I see a new therapist they ask me if I have ever been there are are not familiar with my file to see if there are specific areas needed focusing. I find this strange. Products are never mentioned or focused on at all.

It's only an hour of classic facial! Can't expect to see instant results! However I felt rejuvenated. The experience was pleasant, not pressured to do more and buy products. Maria gave good neck and scalp massages! Her facial massage can be a tad more assertive! She's pleasant and not too talkative!

I think $100 for a 50 min Massage is a little pricey. There was a negative vibe when I was checking out and at the same time an expected client was called because they were late. Things could have been handled more discreetly, in my opinion
