I was not offered the products.

I have had a few treatments at the same location, and have yet to be offered a previous therapist. This would be a benefit as I do not recall their names and would like the option to have someone who has provided a good experience in the past.

I was very satisfied with the massage and the therapist giving the massage. the room was a little too cold for my liking and the massage table was cold too. Other than that, it was a great experience and I will be returning.

Treatment was fine. Aesthetician was a bit over enthusiastic with the extractions. Ouch. And I have a red stress spot on my nose today. Hope it goes away.

The products used felt too greasy, too much moisturizing. I had explained that generally my skin is oily, despite my age. I was hoping to feel more refreshed after the facial. As well, I realized pretty quickly after leaving that my skin felt a bit irritated and a tiny bit itchy. I will discuss these concerns before I schedule another facial. If they cannot be resolved, I won't have another facial there.

I thought the therapist cut my session by 5 to 7 minutes.

Therapist seemed to take a different approach then other before where shaking or rubbing was used in between massage techniques. Felt like filling time and seemed to take up about 30% of my time on the table. Have not had that at other visits to H&S or other outlets.

During my 60 minute massage, there was an office phone ringing on and off throughout the hour. I was in a room in the basement and it was clearly located in the room next door. I could also hear a chime/beep every time the front dopey opened, which was rather distracting.

Polite, efficient, however, Marks were still noticeable on my face a day later. This should not happen a day after my facial.
