Hand and Stone

Just leaving room for improvement. Everything was good.

My massage appointment was cancelled due to the absence of the service-provider. the receptionist mentioned calling me twice to alert me yet I received no message (though we confirmed my phone number on file is correct). I had planned on facial followed by a massage and will now have to book a separate return visit.

My appointment was to start at 1:00 but my massage therapist was a bit late on getting started. Also, the massage technique was a bit different for me but that might have also been because he was a male and I am not used to going to a male massage therapist.

All went well during the treatment but as a result of eyebrow waxing and threading my eyelids have been red and irritated for now 48 hours . They are swollen and painful and very unattractive to look at . There's a slight improvement today but I cannot say that I have ever experienced this in all the years .

I was highly satisfied. The front desk was excellent and I really like how professional the man is. The staff were quite good as well.

The massage itself was very painful therefore it was not enjoyable or relaxing at all. I know it was likely helpful for my sore neck, but it was so painful. My body feels very bruised today (the day after).

Use of hot towels was great. Only issue was the unpleasant smell of the towels.
