Covid19 preparedness was apparent. Massage was good for the first time back (since lockdown). Happy to have the salon open again!

The policies that Hand and Stone put in place for protecting both employees and customers was appreciated. The communication from the time of booking the appointment to arrival and entry was very good. The new concierge system looks very appealing and will make it easier to manage appointments.

With the COVID-19 crisis, I felt 100% comfortable. They made all the necessary preparations (text us when you arrive, 6-ft. floor markers, distanced seating, cleaning procedures in the massage room, my therapist's SERIOUS heavy-duty mask, etc.) without going overboard & alarming me.

I returned after the Covid 19 opening and was very satisfied with the approach to being cautious in their guests and therapists safety. I felt safe and well cared for.
