Best facial I’ve had at H&S.

Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and understand the value of guests time. 95% of the time I spent there was actually getting my massage, and that impresses me. And Blake is the best therapist I’ve ever had work on me. His knowledge is only surpassed by his skill in delivering the massage. He listens to understand my needs and delivers perfectly. I have and will continue to recommend people to the spa and to Blake.

Allen was phenomenal, helped all the specific areas I needed done and asked for. Was comfortable, given tea and helped when needed. Already booked next appointment and will continue coming back monthly.

I didn't have music in my room during the massage this time, I missed that as it is very relaxing and soothing to me.

The two massage therapists were both very, very knowledgeable and professional—they asked great questions to provide the desired massage. The front office folks are very professional as well; not overly pushy with sales. Overall, the location, times, and appointment process are very, very intuitive and easy.
