Everyone has always been very friendly, whole experience is easy and relaxing. No pretense, just very friendly. Therapist Allen has a keen sense of what is needed and is a fabulous therapist. Always come out feeling so much better than going in.

I like Hand and Stone Downtown - everyone is very nice, my massage therapist is excellent (Allen). I suffer from various environmental chemical allergies, and unlike some other massage facilities, much to my relief, Hand and Stone Downtown do not use scented products to mask smells - it's clean throughout and doesn't smell funky.
