My therapist was trying to have a conversation during my scalp massage while I was trying to enjoy it. She was talking about Chicano culture which was not the time

I had a good experience, I wouldn’t say it was amazing or over the top. I wish the appointments were longer for the cost of the massage.

Did ask for female, but they had to change our appointments around due to staffing issues. Therapist had bad breath, only noticed towards end when doing my face/neck area but did not do much but just rub side of my neck? I also did ask for pressure on my feet area and barely did it.

Reception wasnt open for a 9 am appt. Bed wasn;t heated prior to appt

I don’t think you should have to pay extra for service like stones.

the only reason i indicated that i would not recommend in the next 90 days is that i normally dont normally talk about my massage and facials; not that i am unsatisfied

apparently there was a booking issue that did not get communicated to the massage therapist due to the switch of shifts and maybe a new employee. I waited for 20m past my appt time (showed up 10m early) before i went up and asked because no one came to get me. the therapist did an excellent job the the timing was not great.

Making the appt in person was fine, but the emailed check-in forms were a pain in the ass and not all of them even applied, so a waste of time and confusing.

I wish I could see the availability of all therapists online and can schedule online directly. It would also be helpful if there was some description of what types of massages each therapist specialized in.

You guys use extremely cheap linens and your beds are not comfortable at all. I give hand and stone an F in this area.
