Therapist repeated same movements over and over instead of going for the relaxation and working the needed areas. I almost wanted the massage to be over.

My masseuse was very kind and I could tell she cared a lot. Three things kept me from being highly satisfied. It was a hot stone massage. She was quite loud with removing the rocks from the pot and it kept it from being relaxing. Also, she seemed to have one nail that was long and it would scrape a bit. Lastly, I feel badly saying this but she constantly took very deep breaths and sighs and it was quite distracting.

Sometimes the service seems a little too detached but that is okay.

Too much paperwork!! Forms, information sent etc too much !

The price is a little steep for a 50 minute massage. I thought the aromatherapy was going to be in the room and not the lotion - not the worst, but the expectation was off.

We do not live in Denver so we could not return to or recommend this location. However, the receptionist informed us there are locations in our home area and so we will definitely look into visiting that location. Otherwise, everything was fantastic.

The massage therapist left the light in the room bright and talked with a booming voice. I come for more quiet relaxation - away from my chaotic schedule. However, Nick had great pressure and worked on the focus areas that I requested, following exactly what we discussed in the consultation. He even worked on my anterior neck, which I appreciate not being ignored. He just needs to watch working on both SCMs at the same time, it can feel almost as if you're being choked. My aesthetician, Jenna, was so lovely, warm and inviting. She had the correct amount of pressure when performing extractions. And allowed me to zone off instead of forcing me into conversation.
